yesterday was a wonderful day....
it was beautiful weather.
and the very first time we went on a bike ride as a family of 4.
Taylor chopped her hair on Saturday night so that she could donate her hair to "Locks of Love."
It is such a kind and selfless thing to do....
to Taylor, I'd like you to know how proud of you I am.
This is the 2nd time you've done this....
and it has been your decision to do so.
after looking at yourself in the mirror, you looked over at me in the most serious voice and said, "mom, if anyone makes fun of me or says they don't like my hair, i will just tell them that i donated it and it was for a good cause and i REALLY don't care what they think."
That's my girl!
One of the things I've been telling you all along....
there will be people out there who don't like things about you.... but it's not a big deal... and even if it seems like a big deal now, it won't matter years down the road.... you do the things that make you happy.
and remember i love you DEARLY!
